Minister Lourens-Philip says mosquito repellent continues to be delivered to school

Minister of Education, Culture, Youth Affairs and Sports (Ministry ECYS) Hon. Patricia Lourens-Philip says her Ministry continues to work with stakeholders to deliver mosquito repellent to schools as part of the Government’s campaign to prevent the spread of dengue and chikungunya fever.

Recently Sister Regina School in Simpson Bay received mosquito repellent from the Cabinet of Ministry ECYS, the St. Maarten Harbor Group of Companies and SXM Cosmetics. The repellant "Bug Off" and "Baby Bug Off" is natural and made in Sint Maarten, and can be found at all pharmacies. Nalia Muriel is the owner and operator of SXM Cosmetics.
