Two Central Committee Meetings of Parliament for Tuesday about Rules of Order and Hotel Room Tax

Two Central Committee meetings of the House of Parliament is scheduled for February 25th regarding the House Rules of Order and an initiative law regarding Hotel Room Tax.

The first central committee meeting is set for Tuesday at 10.00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

The agenda point is a discussion related to the House Rules of Order.

The second central committee meeting is set for Tuesday at 2.00pm. The agenda point is the initiative draft ordinance to change the Hotel Room Tax Ordinance Sint Maarten.

This initiative law is from United People’s Party (UP) Members of Parliament Sylvia Meyers, Janchie Leonard and Jules James.

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.

The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.
