The Prime Minister of St. Maarten the Honorable Sarah Wescot-Williams joined numerous dignitaries on Tuesday evening at Divi Little Bay Resort in wishing Minister of Justice the Honorable Dennis Richardson a very happy and prosperous birthday. The well-wishers also included the Justice Ministers of the other Countries within the Kingdom celebrating the birthday of Minister Richardson.
