SZV conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey

Social and Health Insurances (SZV) in collaboration with JS Consulting Services announces the start of its Customer Satisfaction Survey this week, as part of SZV’s Action Plan 3.0.      The survey forms part of the core of SZV’s Action Plan, creating a more efficient and customer friendly environment.      Data-collection began on Monday, September 21 and will continue for approximately 3 to 4 weeks. The survey’s target group includes SZV insured persons, healthcare providers and business owners.      Research Coordinator, Julio Romney will be assisting SZV with the collection and analysis of the data surveyed. SZV staff members will also be distributing and collecting the surveys and will be on-hand to provide any additional assistance that may be required.      The survey, which takes only a few minutes to complete, is designed to measure customers’ sentiments about SZV schemes, service and quality.      SZV is appealing to the public of St. Maarten to participate in this survey, as their input is essential to improvement of its customer service.
