Parliament is debating establishment requirements for Aruba , Curaçao and Sint- Maarteners

On Wednesday, March 5th, 2014 at 18.30h found in the Lower House plenary debate on the licensing conditions for Dutch coming from Aruba , Curaçao and Sint Maarten . Disadvantaged Dutch Caribbean ( criteria include inadequate training , insufficient knowledge of the Dutch language ) , who come looking for a job , the Netherlands is thus made it even harder to find work. This ‘ raswetgeving ‘ also makes it possible for the police to persons who – " objective standards " and " a reasonable suspicion " – in breach of the licensing conditions are in the Netherlands , to keep to establish identity, nationality and location position standing . Eventually Dutch Caribbean can be deported with this law . The law does not apply to disadvantaged Dutch from other parts outside the Netherlands and the UK.

We find it very important to show that we stand up for our civil rights . We call on everyone – ( Caribbean ) Dutch , supporters – to show during the debate in the public gallery his or her face .
