The President of Parliament Hon. Gracita Arrindell has made available for public review the country 2014 draft budget via the parliament’s website.
The country’s budget for 2014 is Naf.426.695.000 million.
Persons can visit the parliament’s website at www.sxmparliament.org and go to Documents where you will see several links related to the draft budget 2014 that are available to review online or download.
These documents are: Budget Country Sint Maarten 2014; Draft Budget 2014 and Multi-Year Budget 2014-2017; and supporting documents from the Governor, the Council of Advice and the Explanatory Memorandum.
The Central Committee of the House of Parliament is scheduled to meet January 13th regarding the national budget.
The public committee session is set for Monday at 10.00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.
