The Bureau Ombudsman is inviting the communities of Belvedere, Middle Region, Dutch Quarter, Mt. William Hill, Lower and Upper Princess Quarter to its District Information Session for Tuesday, October 15.
The district information session on Tuesday is from 7.30pm to 9.00pm at the Belvedere Community Center.
The purpose of the session is to acquaint citizens with the tasks and procedures of the Bureau Ombudsman and most importantly on the various propriety requirements. During these sessions focus will be placed on the standards of proper conduct.
The district sessions are catering to citizens, members and boards of various foundations, associations and civic organizations within the community.
The Bureau Ombudsman is appealing to the aforementioned organizations, Community Councils and Churches to encourage their members in their particular areas to come out to the session, and can even contact the bureau to confirm their participation.
