"I would like to congratulate the organizers of the Heineken Regatta and at the same time welcome the participants who will be in for some serious fun during the next four days," President of Parliament Hon. Rodolphe Samuel said on Wednesday.
The 33rd Annual Heineken Regatta kicks off on Thursday, February 28 and runs through Sunday, March 3.
"Various persons and organizations play a role in making this competitive sailing event a success each and every year for more than three decades, and whoever has been involved, those that have come and gone, have delivered by doing a great job in organizing and making once again the 33rd event a reality.
"On behalf of the Parliament of Sint Maarten, we would like to wish all participants in the 33rd Heineken Regatta much success, have a safe regatta, and serious fun out there in our pristine waters, happy sailing," President of Parliament Hon. Rodolphe Samuel said on Wednesday.
