German Ambassador Visits Cruise and Cargo Facilities

German Ambassador to The Hague Dr. Heinz-Peter Behr visited Dr. A.C. Wathey Cruise and Cargo Facilities during his visit here last week and with Deputy Prime Minister Theo Heyliger and Harbour Group of Companies CEO Mark Mingo about business cooperation with Germany.

He was presented with a plaque showing German cruise ship Mein Schiff 2 which calls here every two weeks. It is one of the ships that stay the longest in port, leaving close to midnight.

The ambassador was accompanied by Germany Honorary Consul for Curaçao and St. Maarten Karel Frielink. Also a part of the tour was Minister Plenipotentiary in The Hague Mathias Voges and Foreign Affairs Director Guy van der Meulen.
