Lt. Governor Richards received a courtesy visit from the Maire of Vlaardingen and the Director General of the VNG and support staff Director General of the VNG (Association of Netherlands Municipalities)
Mr. Ralph Pans, Lt. Gov. Mr. Franklin Richards, The Maire of the Municipalicy of Vlaardingen, Mr. T.P.J. (Tjerk) Bruinsma and Mr. Maarten Beks-Chairman of the Antillian Contactgroup for the VNG. The group was later joined by Com. Mr. William Marlin.
