The Aruba Pony League held its opening ceremony for the start of the 2015 youth baseball competition on January 9, 2015. The competition began with 48 teams in all the various divisions from Shetland to Palomino.
Aruba will also be the host of the 2015 Pony Caribbean Zone Baseball Mustang Division Tournament, at which time all Caribbean regions will compete for the Zone Championship. St. Martin Pony League is also planning on sending a team to compete in the Mustang division.
It was also the St. Martin Pony League that was instrumental in assisting Aruba, Curacao, Dominican Republic and most of the Caribbean Region form part of Pony Baseball Inc.
