On ST.Maarten the Friendly island oops Fantasy island:
1) it is easier to for government to FALL than to FORM!
2) it is easier to PULL the PLUG on the sup[port of government than to SHORE up the SUPPORT of government!
What is the rule that should be applied in forming the next government?
a) should the Prime Minister be tasked to call for new election?
b) or should Parliament allowed to form the next majority government? This political stalemate is like what comes first or next the CHICKEN or the EGG?
This muddy and murky situation only causes more confusion and concerns to the citizens and investors in our country.
The country remains in a quagmire where it neither FISH or FLESH!
A confuse and complex circumstance during the aftermath of an awful hurricane where people will continue to suffer even more and longer.
The worst scenario will be the formation of a razor thin one seat majority government again that will guarantee no STABILITY!
The ROOTS and REASONS for all this complex confusion is the GREED FOR POWER AND POSITION OF POLITICIANS WHO ARE ONLY LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR PERSONAL INTEREST RATHER THAN THAT OF THE PEOPLE AND COUNTRY.
