Ms Derie Leonard vice-president of the W.I.C.S.U/P.S.U said ”it was a pleasure for me to take part in this very important and informative session. My overall views of the U.S.M and its importance is that, it is not being utilized and recognized enough by government nor the citizens in whole”.
Seeing the much needed programs that they offer to developed our skills, from the simple laborer to the professionals. On the other hand, they can improve the level of service by providing programs such as:
LEGAL SKILLS, SALES/MARKETING(eg. selling life insurance), COMPUTER( elderly), DIRECTORS, SECRETARIAL,PRIMARY, SECONDARY, and SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERs, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, MARINE TRADE.
By doing so it will give our youths a greater chance in obtaining a job and being able to hold top positions in the work place. And most of all to protect our labor market.
