The suspect O.A. has been detained on Tuesday by the Ant-corruption Taskforce (TBO) suspected of intentionally removing the luxury yacht “Jefe” of the seizure made by the Public Prosecutor’s Office on July 11 in St. Maarten. The suspect has been temporarily released today August 23 by the Public Prosecutor’s Office because of medical reasons. The Public Prosecutor’s Office emphasizes that O.A. is still suspect in the case.
