On Monday the 20th of July at approximately four fifteen in the afternoon a female visitor from the Cruise Line Liberty of the Seas was injured in a freak accident on the Rhine road in the area of the blast zone. It seemed that she holding on to the fence to experience the jet blast of one of the commercial carriers when her hat was blown from her head. As she turned to retrieve her hat she collided into the right head lamp of an oncoming taxi sustaining injuries to her right clavicle and sustained several lacerations to her head. Due to the severity of her injuries she was kept hospitalized. Several of her family members stayed behind while the others continued on their journey aboard the ship. With the assistance of the patrol from the traffic department the damages to the taxi was also regulated.
