In connection with the upcoming PONY Caribbean Zone Tournaments that will be held in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, the St. Martin PONY League is hereby reminding all players that pre-selection practice session have began. Players are reminded that all selections will have to be formed by April 30, 2014. May 1, 2014 is the confirmation date of our participation to the Caribbean Zone Tournament.
Practice will take place at the John Cooper/Jose Lake Sr. Ballpark every Monday – Wednesday and Friday from 3 pm to 6 pm. Practice for players on the French side will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm at the Louis Vanterpool Stadium in Marigot.
All players are also reminded that only players in full practice uniform will be allowed on the field and that only players that attend practice regularly stands a chance to form part of the final selection.
Players are also reminded to bring a copy of their passport at the Pony League office at Cannegieter Street 93, Philipsburg.
