The Prime Minister of St. Maarten was presented with a report on the status of health care on St. Maarten compiled by FWG organization representative Juliette Hassell. FWG is a Dutch organization specialized in function evaluation, organization development and human resource management for health care organizations. The organization was commissioned by the Health Care organizations of the BES islands to execute a study regarding the macro developments that currently shape the health care but has extended the study to include all six islands of the Dutch Caribbean including for St. Maarten, a report of which was presented to the Prime Minister at her Cabinet on Wednesday. The resulting report gives an overview from an interrelated context of the health care status on the islands within the Dutch Caribbean and St. Maarten more specifically.
