On Monday October 14 at approximately 01.40 a.m. several police patrols were directed to Son Latino on the A. Th. Illidge road to investigate a stabbing incident. On the scene the investigating officers encountered a large crowd outside of the establishment. The information the officers received was, that a fight had broken out and during this incident someone was stabbed and after the incident those involved left the scene. Persons on the scene were very reluctant to give police any information concerning what exactly had taken place and who the persons were that were involved in the incident. According to the investigating officers the Sint Maarten Medical Center was contacted however no one had reported to the hospital with any stab wound.
