On Friday July 27th at approximately 05.10 a.m. a police patrol was sent to Defiance road to investigate a shooting incident. On the scene the investigating officers spoke to the victim with initials A.A.F who stated that he and his son were driving in his car with license plate 47 ZBG 971 on the A. Th. Illidge road in the direction of Middle Region. In the vicinity of the ITC-building on the A. Th. Illidge they heard several shots successively being fired off. The victim stated that he did not stop and continued driving. Arriving at home he discovered that at least two bullets hit the rear of his vehicle leaving two holes. The victim stated that he does not know who had shot at his car and why. The vehicle in question has been confiscated for further investigation by the Forensic and Detective Department.
