In the 1st and 2nd inning the Daily Herald came out swinging claiming the lead 5-2. The Daily Herald scored 1 more run in the top of the 3rd inning widening the score 6-2. Sagicor got their bearings in the bottom of the 3rd scoring 8 big runs taking the lead 10-6. They were unstoppable after that and scored 3 runs in the 4th and 4 more runs in the 5th bringing the game to a close. Sagicor won the game 17-6 by mercy rule.
