Helping Your Child With Career Choices”
The Student Support Services Division (SSSD) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport is hosting a workshop entitled Looking Beyond: Helping Your Child With Career Choices”. This workshop will be held on April 19, 2017 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the SSSD office.
This free workshop aims to provide parents of secondary school students with tips, strategies, and resources to aid their children in researching careers, exploring career options, and helping them decide on a career choice. SSSD recognizes that parents play a pivotal role in guiding their child during this very important time and this workshop will also help parents understand their role in the process.
The “Looking Beyond: Helping Your Child With Career Choices” workshop will be held at the SSSD’s office from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. SSSD is located upstairs Gatsby, right next to the Windward Islands Bank in Philipsburg.
