For several weeks, the Tax Office received comments by email and at the desk and tries to solve everything as quickly and easily as possible.
Thus it still is possible to send a proof of payment via the mail. In the event that it is not possible to send a photo or scan, you may also send the payment details (date, which bank and transaction number or transaction details) to: in**@ri***********.com. The Tax Office will then check these data against the data contained in the administration.
