On September 24th, the Director of JICN, Mrs. Patricia Hassell and the Director SVP-CN (addiction treatment and Psychiatry) Erik Jansen, signed an agreement of cooperation. By signing this document both parties have perpetuated their cooperation . Parties have agreed to work together in the field of prevention, information, guidance and treatment of detainees during detention and aftercare by addiction treatment after detention.
