On Monday September 1st Jan Helmond started in his new position of secretary to the Kingdom Representative/director of RCN/Central. “I expect in my dual function to contribute to the necessary improvement of the service level and the development of the islands in relation to the Multi annual Development Plan.” He is looking forward to a good cooperation with the staff of the Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland and has full confidence in that. Jan Helmond has worked as Island Secretary of St. Eusatius.
