Minister of Public Health Social Development & Labor, Cornelius De Weever extended assistance to GEBE as it relates to the social rate being offered to senior citizens, which appears to not have a set criteria, and the Ministry is able to provide the necessary information/data as it relates to persons needing the assistance.
“The Department of Social Services, which handles the applications for social aid would be in the position to assist GEBE with the fuel clause relief program,” said Minister Of Public Health Social Development & Labor.
Minister De Weever has sent a communique to the board and management of GEBE offering the assistance of the Ministry. “I have asked them to please let me know how I can assist,” said Minister De Weever.
