Home break-in Investigation

The Detective department is presently investigating a home break-in which to place at Princess Heights located on the Oyster Pond road on Friday August 17th at approximately 02.55 a.m. According to reports three unknown suspects gained access into one of the apartments of that building complex while the occupants were asleep.

The security guard on shift saw the suspects while they were still on the premises. The maintenance supervisor of the property was notified and a search to locate the suspects started. When the suspects noticed they had been discovered they took off running leaving a bag containing several electronic items behind. The suspects however were not apprehended.

Then investigation also showed that a small amount of cash and the keys to the vehicle belonging to occupants whose apartment was broken into was stolen. The bag with contents which the suspects left behind while fleeing the scene does not belong to anyone living on that building complex and most probably comes from a different address.

These items are as follows; 1 crème colored hand bag with horizontal with light blue, dark blue, orange and yellows stripes, brand “Merona”. 1 black colored Direct TV HD-DVR, 2 white PS3 brand “Sony”. Two wireless controllers brand “Sony”, 1 black smart-hub Samsung remote control, 1 Direct TV remote control, 1 pair of sunglasses, Seven Blue-ray Discs, 7 electrical cables and 1 power adaptor. The investigating team is asking anyone who identifies these items as being their property to immediately get in contact with Detective department by reporting personally to the Detective Department or by calling 54-22222 ext. 213/214.
