The St. Maarten Amateur Athletic Association would like to inform all athletes & the general public of the fact that on Saturday  – March  5th – 2016. 

SXM AAa/f will be hosting

OPEN Track & Field  Meet 2016.

Third & last chance to qualify for the CARIFTA GAMES 2016.

Location:  Raoul Illidge Sports Complex  Cayhill.

Time : 12:00 PM to 3:00 Pm.

Categories  Boys & Girls:

 

Under 10 Youth  –  Age group  –  Juniors  – and Open Class.

There will Music and entertainment, also a raffle, raising the funds to part take in 2016 carifta Games  which will be held in Grenada.

Athletes will be selling raffle tickets as fundraising please support.

Event schedule:

10 & Under (7/8 – 9/10) boys and girls:  60mtr – Bal throw – 600 mtr, long jump.

 (11/ 12 – 13/14) Boys & Girls  80 mtr – high jump – shot put – 1000 mtr.

15/16 – 17/18 Boys & Girls  100 mtr – 400 mtr – 800 -1500 mtr –   long jump – high jump and Shotput.

Open Class:  100 mtr – high jump – hurdles  –  relay race.
