As part of the continued efforts to enhance access to COCI and COCI services to the general public, COCI has implemented yet another phase of its modernization strategy and has restructured the layout and workflow of its Registry. Under the guidance of Chamber President Ms. Peggy Ann Brandon staff members have been undergoing a reevaluation of their skill sets and after training sessions have been placed within the new organizational structure. COCI has hired three (3) new Customer Service Representatives to provide front-office support.
“All of the efforts undertaken over the past months, such as migrating to a new registry database, Quick books for billing and digitization of files, have been with the goal of placing COCI as one of the top institution on St. Maarten in terms of our customer service.” Ms. Brandon further states: “This current board is committed to the continued success of the COCI and in providing a first-class experience to the Chamber’s clients. This board believes that providing a supportive environment inclusive of the necessary tools to the staff is instrumental in achieving formulated goals and shall continue to support management and staff of COCI.”
COCI shall in the coming weeks and months be introducing additional (online) services to further accommodate customers and reduce turn around times.
