The 2014 youth baseball competition of the St. Martin Pony League started yesterday afternoon at the Belvedere field where the 2013 sub- champion team the St. James Yankees met with the French Quarter Tigers. Pro baseball player and national player of the French Baseball Federation, Felix Brown accepted the invitation to pitch the first ball to open the 2014 season. After the first pitch the game started and resulted in a rain of scores in favor of the French Quarter Tigers.
