The Ford Cup will be a 2 games knockout tournament whereby teams were drawn for the 1st round (as per below schedule) and thereafter winners will play winners and losers versus losers in subsequent rounds until 4 teams remain to contest semi-finals and finals.
The scorer
The tournament will be played on weekends, 3 games will be played on Saturdays and 4 games on Sundays, with each team allowed 50 minutes to complete their overs. There will be 10 minutes breaks in between innings and matches. On Saturdays the matches will begin at 12:30pm sharp and 10:00am sharp on Sundays.
The umpires
There will be no A nor B Divisions, all teams will contest this tournament in one large group. Players will only be allowed to represent 1 team in this tournament and teams have the option of registering a maximum of two overseas players with one allowed per match.The Schedule -1st Round
