In the murder investigation of J.A.W. which took place in the early morning hours on August 5th in front of the R.B.C. Bank in Simpson bay, the investigating team of the Sint Maarten Police Force requested the Gendarmes to confiscate a stolen vehicle on the French Side. This vehicle was parked in French Quarter. This vehicle is most probably the one used by the suspect in this murder case. The vehicle in question was confiscated and a team of forensic investigators of the KPSM will investigate this vehicle for evidence.
