TelEm Group customers have one extra day to pay their due bills, after a power outage brought the company’s billing systems to a halt Monday afternoon.
Customers were unable to pay their bills after the power outage Monday, and some left without making their payments.
TelEm Group announced Monday afternoon that it will not be disconnecting customers for unpaid bills as scheduled Tuesday, March 6th, Instead, Wednesday March 7th will now be the new date for disconnections of due bills.
TelEm Group has meantime apologized to all customers for any inconvenience caused.
