As of March 1st 2017 Wibo de Vries will be appointed as director of the Correctional Institution Caribbean Netherlands (JICN).
Since 2013 he has been working at the JICN as deputy director and since 2016 in the position of acting director. Wibo de Vries has a long working experience in the prison system, in the Netherlands, as well as on Curaçao and Bonaire. He chose with conviction for the Caribbean, where he is working in local employment within the JICN.
