The St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce, the business community and the Law enforcement partnered together to welcome tourists by displaying banners on all barriers on Front street for the busy tourist season. The purpose for the banners were to inform the shoppers that they can go beyond the barriers, for their shopping experience and for their safety.
