Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland (RCN/ Central) is positioning itself within the Kingdom as the shared service organization of the Caribbean Netherlands. In the framework of this, in the period February 3rd and February 7th2014, two workers , Chynesca Cornelia, education worker and Angele Cecilia, education coordinator, of RCN Personnel and Organization (RCN P&O) are in the Windward Islands to present the sub-department education, to make acquaintance with internal and external partners and to make inventory of the education needs. Also, the distribution of certificates to workers, who have followed a course/education in 2013, will take place.
RCN/Central provides support to all departments and operational units in the Caribbean Netherlands in the area of Human Resources Management (HRM), finance, ICT, facilities and communication. In the implementation of its tasks RCN/Central strives to ensure that clients experience an added value from the contribution of RCN/Central in the realization of the strategic objectives of the departments and thus to the development of Saba, Statia and Bonaire.
In its method RCN/Central continually invests in the training and development of its people, in the development of relationships, networking with sister services on the islands, in the suppliers on the islands and the clients and customers. The presentation on St. Eustatius will take place on Tuesday February 4th 2014 from 9.00 until 11.00 AM in the Norako hall next to Flamboyant Boutique on L.E.Saddler road. The presentation on Saba will take place on Thursday February 6th 2014 from 9.00 until 11.00 AM at the RCN Main Office in The Bottom.
