The 5th annual Lion Rudy Hoeve Health & Wellness Fair is scheduled for this coming Saturday with a variety of stakeholders available for the public to do testing and receive important information about their Health & Wellness.
The general public will be able to do a variety of tests for Breast Cancer, Diabetes, HIV, Vaccination, Physical Exercises and Pharmaceutical Awareness. Stakeholders that will be on location are the St. Maarten Aids, Mental Health and Diabetes Foundations, Ambulance Department, Collective Prevention Services White and Yellow Cross Foundation, Sector Public Health, NAGICO Insurances, Alpha Health Store, St. Maarten Pensioners Foundation, Art of Living Foundation, Windward Islands Optical, Manrique Capriles, Prime Distributors, St. Maarten Medical Center, The Lab Sport Academy, Nature Health Club and Divico Distributors, among others.
Food and drinks will be on sale and a kiddy’s corner will be set up for parents wishing to bring their children along. Basically, the event is a family affair, as Health & Wellness awareness is for the young and old alike and is one of primary focus points for the St. Maarten Lions Club yearly community projects.
