Ground breaking for a new development which will provide job opportunities in the construction industry in St. Kitts and Nevis has been planned for Monday 11th March.

The US$10 million Imperial Bay Beach and Golf Residences will be constructed at Half Moon Bay, St. Kitts and was launched last November during a ceremony attended by some 80 business executives gathered for dinner in at the Emirates Palace Hotel, in Abu Dhabi during a visit to the United Arab Emirates by St. Kitts and Nevis’ Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas.
Mr. Faron T. Lawrence, General Manager of SKN Homes said Monday’s ground breaking ceremony for the Imperial Bay Beach & Golf Residence Condominium Project will take place at 1 p.m. at the Project Site which is located at Half Moon Bay, adjacent to the golf course boundary line.
The project will be managed and operated by Mr. Faron Lawrence, a native of St. Kitts and Nevis, who has successfully completed 3 major real estate developments on the island over past 8 years.
Mr. Lawrence, who had made a presentation to the business leaders in Abu Dhabi, said the developer is Imperial Bay Beach & Golf Residence Ltd, a locally registered company owned by a partnership in Dubai of which Mr. Sirous Motevassel is the principal partner.
"The condos feature 6 buildings, with two – and three – storey contemporary and traditional styled single units. The buildings are positioned to take advantage of the most striking view of sister island of Nevis, the lake and golf course with astounding ocean breezes and rippled rugged Atlantic Ocean," he said.
Mr. Lawrence pointed out that the condos are located just a stone throw away (less than 5 minutes) from the island experience, Investors can enjoy and own the Splendor of the isle all from the privacy of their piece of paradise.
