On Saturday March 2nd at approximately 01.25 a.m. while the festivities of the Heineken Regatta were still ongoing on the Boardwalk in Philipsburg, a phone call came into the Central Police Dispatch that in the vicinity of Buccaneers bar and Restaurant in the Billy Folly area several men were busy stripping parts from a car.
