The Honorable deputy Prime Minister-Mr. Theodore Heyliger, has began his annual Christmas tour, to all the elementary schools, where he’s been giving out pencil cases to students, namely at the M.A.C.-Rev. John A. Gumbs Campus and at the Sr. Magda Primary School, at the time when the G.I.S camera crew caught up with him.
