Public Prosecutor J.B.C. Develing Llm will have to appear in court concerning a hit and run case on August 28th 2010. The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Curaçao has taken this decision.
Mr. Develing got involved in a collision on Middle Region Road on August the 28th of 2010. The allegation is that he did not stop but drove off.
The case is set for the 6th of October 2010.
