TelEm Group customers “Over the Hill” are warming to the new Branch location on the Airport Road in Simpson Bay, with news that the branch is now handling not only questions of mobile and internet products and services, but also about their Cable TV and fiber optic connections.
TelEm Group staff moved to the new location in the Sky Port Building only one week ago, and since then have seen an unusually large number of customers coming in pay bills and conduct business.
On Friday, June 8, the branch will be introducing its services further by holding an “Open House” aimed specifically at TelTV customers and members of the public interested it subscribing to the company’s new IPTV service.
The Open House is hoping to attract members of the public from Simpson Bay, Cole Bay and CupeCoy, all of whom are served by the convenient brand new branch location.
“We are keen to promote our Triple Play package of Voice, Internet and TV, as well as speak with Cable TV customers still without service after Hurricane Irma,” said Manager, Marketing and Sales, Mrs. Grisha Heyliger.
Mrs. Heyliger said customers in the Cupecoy and Beacon Hill areas interested in fiber optic connections can also visit during the Open Day to see what’s available for them too.
