Plenary Public session of Parliament regarding several Draft Laws concerning unusual financial transactions

The House of Parliament will sit in a Plenary Public meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. The Minister of Justice will be present.
The Plenary Public meeting which was originally scheduled for April 23, 2019 but was not continued due to a lack of quorum has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 16.00 hrs. in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg.

The agenda points are:

1. Ontwerp van Landsverordening tot wijziging van de Landsverordening aanmeldingsplicht van grensoverschrijdende geldtransporten naar aanleiding van de aanbevelingen 32 en 33 van de Financial Action Task Force (Zittingsjaar 2018-2019-120) (IS/142/2018-2019 d.d. 4 oktober 2018)

2. Ontwerp Landsverordening houdende regels teneinde te voldoen aan aanbeveling 29 van de Financial Action Task Force omtrent financiële inlichtingeenheden (Landsverordening Meldpunt Ongebruikelijke Transacties) (Zittingsjaar 2018-2019-124) (IS/604/2018-2019 d.d. 18 februari 2019)

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.
