SMMC treats MPC students to free eye exams

St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) treated 45 students from Milton Peters College (MPC) to free eye care exams during the past weeks.
Officials of MPC approached SMMC with the request for free eye care exams for 45 MPC students as part of their ongoing “Reading Glasses” project to which SMMC responded positively with the granting of the request.
SMMC Optometrist Bsc. Robert Bakker said: “It is a great project which we gladly participated in as eye exams should be done from early on to make sure even the youngest eyes are in optimal health”.
