Civil Registry Department launches Online Appointment option

The Public Service Center Department (PSC) and the Civil Registry Department (CRD) have launched a valuable, time saving service for the general public—online appointments.

“The general public can now book their appointments for the products and services of the CRD by making use of this new online booking service from any location, at their convenience and at any time and on any day of the week,” the government officials said.

This is a great service option to the public, who can go to the web page: and follow the five easy steps to make an appointment online.

Persons can follow the easy steps, namely: Select the theme and service, quantity of persons, location, date and time, and finally, complete personal information. More information is provided on the online site.

The Civil Registry Department offers a list of services from passports, ID cards, and Drivers’ licenses to registration forms, registering of births or marriages, address change, amongst a host of other valuable governmental services for the citizen.
