TelEm Group’s Outside Plant crew will be carrying out some important maintenance work in the Lowlands/Cupecoy area starting Saturday with interruptions in mobile, landline and internet service to business and residential customers.
The maintenance work will affect customers in the following areas:
Amazone Road
Jordon Road
Cute de Azur marinas
Rhine Road
According to Manager, Outside Plant, Mr. Steve Simmons, the planned work is extensive and will stretch across four days during which time telecommunication services in the areas mentioned will not be available for upward to four hours each day.
“The work crews will be working around the clock in order to complete this schedule of work by splicing the fibre cables during the day and during the night to minimize the impact to affected customers,” said Mr. Simmons. He has meantime apologized on behalf of management TelEm Group for any inconvenience caused.
