Port St. Maarten was chosen by cruisers’ as one of the top ports of call in Cruise Critic Cruisers’ Choice 2018 top-five rated Eastern Caribbean, Bahamas & Bermuda Destinations awards despite the September 2017 storms.

This week, Port St. Maarten was informed about the winners of Cruise Critic annual Cruisers’ Choice Destination Awards, naming the world’s top cruise destinations, based entirely on consumer ratings submitted with reviews on CruiseCritic.com. The awards name the top cruise destinations across 15 regions worldwide.
One cruiser comment selected and profiled on the online website of Cruise Critic said: “Took a taxi over to Maho Beach and spend the day at Sunset Beach Bar which was incredible. It’s right next to the airport with beach access. Nothing beats watching a plane come in right over your head as you swim in crystal clear water!” by spence.
Rankings are based on member review ratings for cruises taken in the last year. Awards are based on port reviews from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
