Monday August the 7th in the early morning hours around 06:30 am, an armed robbery took place at the Star Mart Texaco at Bush Road. Two armed robbers with masks, went into the Star Mart and threatened the personnel to hand over cash. An undisclosed amount of money was taken and after they committed the crime they escaped on foot in an unknown direction. The detectives of the Special Unit Armed Robberies is asking the public for assistance and eye witnesses to come forward with information about the robbery.
