Saturday, June 3rd saw the 3rd and final little league best of three championship game in the major division.
In a very exciting game Photo Gumbs defeated Elle si Belle by the score of 14 to 11.
Elle si Belle drew first blood by scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the first inning holding Photo Gumbs
scoreless until the top of 3rd inning when they scored 5 big runs to take the lead.
Elle si Belle scored 1 run in the bottom of the 3rd inning to make the score 5 – 4 in favor of Photo gumbs.
Photo Gumbs continued to score runs in each inning after that with 5 in the 4th, 3 in the 5th and 1 more in the 6th
making the score 14 to 4. After the 3rd inning Elle-si-Belle had remained scoreless. In the bottom of the
6th inning tried fighting back and was able to score 7 big runs, however, it was not enough to win.
