Lisa Noel a representative of the St. Maarten Tourist Bureau visited the Marie Genevieve DeWeever Primary School during a Tourism Awareness Presentation for the fourth graders in commemoration of Caribbean Tourism Day but celebrated throughout the month of November.
This is done to educate the student population about the importance of tourism and the environment as part of the St. Maarten Tourist Bureau’s Tourism Awareness Program. The pupils were presented with ‘Keep it Clean, Keep it Blue” T-shirts on the safe keeping of the environment.
