Trench work and laying of utility lines/cables and sleeves has commenced as of July 28th on Union Road after the roundabout in the direction of the French Border. The latter works will be carried out behind the guard rails and will not obstruct traffic.
The same works have also commenced on the Silver Maple Tree Drive off of Arlet Peter Road and will end on the intersection of Union Road/Manjack Drive Colebay and will continue through August 14.
Motorists are advised to pay keen attention to the safety measures and traffic alternatives put in place as there will be heavy machinery operated in the area.
